  • Security data: Google reCAPTCHA v3 signals (to prevent bot abuse)

We collect this data to match you with the right specialist broker and process your enquiry.

3 How We Use Your Data

We use your data for the following purposes:

  • To match you with a specialist insurance broker suited to your business and industry
  • To send your enquiry details to our broker partners so they can provide you with a quote
  • To communicate with you about your enquiry and its progress
  • To improve our service, analyse usage patterns, and enhance the user experience
  • To prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse of our service (via reCAPTCHA)
Important: We do NOT sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes. We do NOT use your data for marketing unless you explicitly opt in. Your data is used only as described in this policy.

4 Who We Share Your Data With

We share your data only with the following parties, and only the minimum data necessary:

  • Specialist insurance brokers: We share your contact and business information with vetted broker partners to fulfil your quote request. This is the core function of our service.
  • Google (reCAPTCHA): We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 for security. Your interaction data is subject to Google's privacy policy.
  • Resend: We use Resend for email delivery. Your email address is shared with Resend only to send you confirmations and relevant communications.
  • Cloudflare: We use Cloudflare for hosting and content delivery. Your technical data (IP, browser info) may be processed by Cloudflare as part of its CDN services.

All broker partners are contractually required to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR). We do not permit them to use your data for purposes other than providing you with insurance quotes and related services.

5 Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

Under GDPR, we process your data on the following legal bases:

  • Consent: You submit our form voluntarily, providing explicit consent to process your data for the purposes described.

Your data may be processed in the United Kingdom, United States, European Union, and other countries where our service providers operate (including Cloudflare, Google, and Resend). We ensure that all transfers include appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect your data in accordance with UK and GDPR requirements.

We use minimal cookies on CyberPolicyFinder:

10 Children

Our service is designed for business decision-makers and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it immediately.
